We are looking for an experienced Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team at Chase Park Neuro Centre. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to delivering high standards of support and care.
The centre is a multidisciplinary one, and we work very closely with our medical and therapy colleagues.

Job Requirements:
- Working Pattern: To work both day shift and night shift.
- Required: 1 year of experience working in a UK care home - experience working with people with neurological conditions would be an advantage for any applicant.
- Preferred: Achieved or working towards a Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 diploma.
All Staff are subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 38.5 – 44.0 per week
