Not all support work looks the same.
At Edge Group Scotland, we deliver specialist supported day programmes for autistic young adults and those with additional support needs through real-world experiences that build confidence, independence and practical life skills.
We’re looking for proactive, positive and genuinely person-centred people to join our growing team.
No two days are identical. Support may involve travel training, volunteering projects, cooking sessions, outdoor learning, watersports, community activities or employability-focused opportunities — all designed around meaningful outcomes and real progression.
