We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable member of the team to join the Watering Hole front of house team.
The role will involve providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee and drinks, taking orders, serving food, and helping to keep the venue clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking food and drink orders and processing payments
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot and cold drinks
- Serving food and drinks to tables and at the bar
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Restocking the bar, coffee station and front of house areas
- Working as part of a busy team to ensure a smooth service
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Helping with opening and closing duties when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- A positive team player with a good work ethic
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- Ideally experienced in front of house, barista or hospitality work, although training can be provided for the right person
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-paced team.
