We are seeking an energetic and reliable Moped Delivery Driver who owns a personal moped and holds a valid CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) license. Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own moped to deliver orders promptly across designated areas
- Verify delivery details and ensure accurate order fulfillment before dispatching to customers
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during all customer interactions
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe delivery practices
- Keep your moped in excellent condition through regular maintenance checks
- Complete delivery logs and report any issues or delays immediately to the management team
Qualifications
- Own a reliable moped suitable for daily deliveries and possess a valid CBT license
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Be punctual, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS devices confidently
- Maintain a clean driving record in compliance with local traffic regulations
