West Bridgford Joinery is a Nottingham-based bespoke joinery workshop, producing high-quality furniture and architectural joinery for both residential and commercial spaces. The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and finishing a wide range of bespoke furniture and joinery items to the highest standards. Working within our spray shop, you will apply a variety of finishes to achieve exceptional quality for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of furniture and joinery items prior to spraying
- Mixing and applying finishes to specification
- Achieving high-quality, consistent finishes
- Maintaining spray equipment and work areas
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Carrying out quality checks on completed work
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within furniture manufacturing, joinery, cabinetry, or a similar environment
- Experience with different finishes including A/C, PU, Acrylic, Water-Based & Wood Stains
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude
- Good understanding of finishing processes and products
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
- Good communication and the confidence to use your initiative

Our usual hours are 7.15am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays, with overtime available depending on live projects.
Salary: Dependant on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£16.50 per hour
