Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Computer Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, packaging, and ensuring the quality of computer systems and components.
Responsibilities
- Assemble computer components using hand tools
- Test, perform software updates, and optimise assembled computers
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Package assembled computers
Requirements
- Experience with building and testing computers
- Good understanding of modern computer platforms, models, and technology
- Able to carry and package computers weighing 15+ KG
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Prior experience with Windows installation, computer testing, and Bios optimisation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Able to get to Colwick, Nottingham
- Available on Monday's during regular working hours. Other hours are flexible within the working week.
Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
