We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, creators and viral content. If you’re constantly analysing why videos perform, spotting trends before everyone else and love building relationships with creators, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As our Social Commerce Content & Creator Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping brands grow through short-form content and creator partnerships.
Every day will be different. One morning you could be briefing creators, the afternoon filming TikTok content, and the evening analysing what went viral and planning the next campaign.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK’s biggest consumer brands while helping shape the future of social commerce.
What You’ll Be DoingCreator Management
- Source and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates.
- Build long-term relationships with creators.
- Coordinate product gifting and campaign briefs.
- Support creator onboarding into affiliate programmes.
- Track creator performance and identify top performers.
- Help grow creator communities across multiple brands.
Content Creation
- Film and edit engaging TikTok content.
- Create trend-led short-form videos.
- Assist with content planning and content calendars.
- Generate ideas that have genuine viral potential.
- Repurpose content across multiple social platforms.
Social Commerce
- Support TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
- Help optimise product listings for creators.
- Work closely with LIVE hosts and campaign teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates and new features.
Brand Support
- Work across multiple exciting consumer brands.
- Coordinate with creative, platform and marketing teams.
- Ensure content aligns with each brand’s identity.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Experience using TikTok Shop.
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Photography or content creation experience.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing.
- Experience creating viral social content.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
