Care Assistant – Lodge & Community Support

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our small, friendly team, supporting adults both within our specialist Lodge setting and out in the local community.

About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to a small number of individuals, helping them to live as independently as possible. This role is varied and includes:
- Supporting people with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting individuals to access their local community, appointments, activities and social opportunities
- Helping with household tasks and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment
- Working both within the Lodge and in community settings
- Lone working at times, so confidence and good judgement are essential

- Availability for nights and weekends (our team works alternate weekends)
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage, but is not essential

Pay: £12.72-£14.00 per hour
