What it's like to work here:Fell Foot is a key National Trust property at the southern end of Lake Windermere, offering unique access to the lake. The main site is operated by the Commercial Operations Team, who manage the car park and food and beverage offer.
Fell Foot Active Base was established through a combination of external funding and is home to a number of sports organisations. It also provides access to the lake for organisations supporting people who may face barriers to accessing nature and the outdoors. The site hosts a range of sporting activities and events, including ParkRun and open water swimming, making it a vibrant hub for both local communities and visitors.
Fell Foot is also part of the Lakes and Eden property portfolio, meaning you'll be part of a wider team caring for small heritage properties across the Lake District and Eden Valley. From the iconic landscapes of Tarn Hows to places embedded in the story of the Lake District, such as Townend, it's a varied and rewarding portfolio to be part of.
