Requirements
Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties. You’ll be the on-the-ground problem solver, fixer and friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly. We require someone to work every weekend and then for three days during the week. Maybe more during peak season. There may be consideration for this to be a job-share with another individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be available and ‘on-call’ during working shifts to respond to guest enquiries and visiting properties to rectify urgent issues.
- Managing linen, collecting and delivering, including performing stock audits.
- Fixing small handyperson/maintenance jobs
- Delivering guest essentials and equipment to properties as needed
- Running errands to resolve in-stay guest requests
- Conducting spot checks and reporting maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Removing items from properties, such as rubbish and broken items.
- Assist with property readiness checks before guest arrivals.
- Support the wider operations team with additional tasks during busy periods.
- Hours flexiable to work around other commintments
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible availability throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, Bank Holidays, with the ability to respond to jobs at short notice, as our business is 24/7.
- Flexibility to be on-call at weekends and to work additional days during peak seasons and busy periods.
- All-round operational enthusiasts who have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are happy to roll their sleeves up to get the job done.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems in a time-sensitive manner.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points, since a company vehicle will be available for use.
