Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities.
- Must have your own PPE
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid UTR number and CSCS Card.
