Oaklands Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced person to lead on Safeguarding and Inclusion. Suitable applicants may have worked within schools, Children’s Social Care, the Police or other agencies that support children.
Salary: Determined by experience, qualifications, skills:
· Grade 12 (approx £23,556 - £26,417 per annum, pro rata or
· Grade 11 approx £27,098 - £30,228 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, with one evening until 4:15pm (34.25 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

· Able to work collaboratively and positively with all colleagues
· Be adaptable, innovative, and willing to utilise a range of strategies to support children and families
· Able to have supportive, challenging conversations to advocate for our children
· Committed to take part in all aspects of school life, including extra-curricular activities
· Competent in using technology.
