Join Pilgrim's Europe and lead a high-performing logistics team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for warehouse, goods-in, stock control, picking and despatch operations, ensuring safety, service, and operational excellence are delivered every day.
What You'll Do

Lead and develop Logistics Team Leaders and Team Members.

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the operation.

Manage stock accuracy, warehouse performance, and material flow.

Deliver continuous improvement projects using OPEX tools and problem-solving techniques.

Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service, cost, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
? Experience managing warehouse, despatch, or goods-in operations.
? Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
? FMCG, SAP/Innova, Continuous Improvement, IOSH or NEBOSH experience desirable.
