Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Interpret and work from schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
-Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various systems including electrical and plumbing.

-Ability to maintain tools and equipment properly, ensuring they are always ready for use.
