Experienced Bar & Floor Staff required at 22 The Square Crosshills, a well established Italian & Mediterranean restaurant. The role focuses on day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing team members and ensuring smooth operations.
- Extensive Floor and cocktail and bar experience is crucial.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development.
- Driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Taking Orders
- Doing end of night cash up
- Inspiring and motivating others
- Handling guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Following the Owners procedures and maintaining high standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 year of floor or bar & cocktail making experience.
- Experience with cellar management and bar/restaurant setup and breakdown.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
- Business understanding to manage budgets and increase profits
. Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
