Part time cook/chef
Due to a member of staff moving to pastures new, we have the following vacancy:-We are a busy, friendly Equestrian Centre on the outskirts of Cirencester, seeking a part time cook/cafe assistant, directly reporting to our full-time catering manager.
Previous catering experience and a Basic Hygiene Certificate desirable but training can be given.
You will be required to work alone, with limited support from other staff members, so the successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work on initiative after training. Menu can be adapted to catering experience.You will be required to prepare meals and snacks, for our residential students, staff and clients.
You will also be required to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with the requirements of a catering kitchen.· Monday 1 – 6, Saturday 10 – 6, and Sunday 1 – 6 with the ability to cover for holidays when required.· Family home style cooking.· Taking payments, keeping cafe & kitchen clean plus completing monitoring Records.
· Training will be given.·
Driving licence required due to location.·
Wage £12.71
