CamperKing is looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our team at HQ.
As the first point of contact for our customers, visitors and suppliers, you’ll play an important role in creating a great first impression and helping the HQ run smoothly.
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with the flexibility to provide reception cover across 7 days a week.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and visitors to CamperKing HQ
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception area and keeping it presentable
- Signing customers and visitors in and out
- Supporting the wider HQ team with general administration
- Taking messages and ensuring information is passed to the correct department
- Helping coordinate customer arrivals, collections and appointments
- Assisting with general office duties when required
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Professional and well presented
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- A great communicator, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Comfortable working as part of a busy team
- Reliable and flexible with their working hours
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Confident using basic computer systems and office software
- Previous reception, customer service or automotive experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
