We're now looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our residential service in Evesham, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
What you'll be doing
Every person we support is different, so no two days are exactly the same. You'll play an important role in helping people live as independently as possible while providing the support they need to feel safe, confident, and included.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with daily routines and personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
- Supporting residents with activities, appointments, and community involvement
- Building positive relationships based on trust, dignity, and respect
- Working closely with colleagues to provide safe, person-centred support
Who we're looking for
Experience in care is welcome, but it isn't essential.
We're looking for people who are kind, dependable, and enjoy working with others. If you have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support people, we'll provide the training and guidance you need to succeed.
