Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Avonmouth, UK
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + bonus and uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, with rota Saturday mornings
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a global leader in construction plant. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the parts department, and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking parts and accessories for machinery.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment.
- Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to parts inventory management.
