About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our growing team at CoByEx.
This is a key role at the centre of the business — supporting our Sales team, ensuring customers are onboarded smoothly, and keeping accounts running efficiently from day one.
If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and being the “go-to” person who keeps everything on track, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all details and documentation are accurate
- Managing and maintaining customer account data across internal systems
- Monitoring usage, billing alerts and account activity, identifying issues early
- Producing customer reports and insights to support account reviews
- Providing operational support to the Sales team pre- and post-sale
- Acting as a key link between Sales, Customer Support, Billing and Analytics teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
This role plays a key part in ensuring customers are correctly set up, accurately billed, and proactively supported throughout their lifecycle.
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident communicator with both colleagues and customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and reports
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer operations is beneficial
