Adorn Beauty is a busy, growing chain of salons, and we are looking for an experienced beauty therapist to join our Watford team. Our columns fill up fast with regular clients who come back because they trust the people looking after them. If you love the pace of a proper working salon and you want to keep adding to your skill set rather than doing the same three treatments for years, you will fit right in.
Your day to day
- Laser hair removal
- Full body waxing including Hollywood and Brazilian, hot wax and strip wax
- Eyebrow shaping and threading
- Facials and skin treatments, with Dermalogica and Elemis experience very welcome
- Manicures, pedicures, Shellac and OPI gel polish
- Nail extensions
- Lash extensions
- Advanced skin treatments including skin tag removal
- Non surgical body contouring
- Recommending aftercare and retail products your clients will genuinely benefit from
What you will bring
- At least 3 years experience working in a beauty salon
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or an equivalent qualification
- The right to work in the UK
- Confident spoken English so you can consult with clients and explain treatments clearly
- Availability of 20 to 40 hours a week including weekends. Part time is welcome if you can cover Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- A calm head when the salon is full, plus the reliability and honesty a close team depends on
Qualifications
- Level 4 Certificate in Laser and IPL Treatments
- Lash extension experience
- Threading. If you have never threaded, apply anyway and we will train you once you join
