Cleaning Technician – Join Our Team
Spick 'N' Span Services Ltd has been established since 1994 and, due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our friendly team.
This is a varied and interesting role covering locations throughout North Wales, with most work carried out as part of a two-person team.
No Two Days Are the Same!
Our work is extremely varied, and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills across a wide range of cleaning services. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, including specialist cleaning techniques and equipment.
The Role
Your duties may include:
- Domestic and commercial cleaning
- House cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- House and property clearances
- Hard floor cleaning, polishing and maintenance
- Kitchen extraction cleaning
- Kitchen deep cleaning
- High-level cleaning using equipment such as boom lifts
- Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems
- Specialist cleaning services
- General cleaning and maintenance duties

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Variable working hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm
- Approximately 30–50 hours per week, depending on workload
- Hours can be negotiable for the right candidate
- Opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work
- Full-time, permanent position
Transport to and from jobs is provided in a company van, although each working day will normally start from our base in Pwllheli.

- Organised and able to work to a schedule
- Able to pay attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Physically capable of carrying out a varied cleaning role
Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but it is not essential. Full training can be provided for the right person.
A full UK driving licence is required.
