We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our growing Marketing team based in Barton-upon-Humber, helping to create intuitive, high-performing digital experiences that make it easier for customers to engage with our brand.
We offer a flexible hybrid working approach, with 2 days per week spent at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber and 3 days working remotely from home.

Main responsibilities:
- Design website pages for SEO, AI search and paid campaigns.
- Create user-friendly layouts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct user research and testing before development.
- Use research, analytics and competitor insights to guide designs.
- Recommend designs based on usability, accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Content, Analytics and developers.
- Balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- Improve pages using performance data and user feedback.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
4+ years’ experience in UX design, digital product design or website design.
Proven experience producing wireframes, prototypes and high-quality page designs.
Experience running user research, usability testing or design validation before development.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, accessibility, usability and responsive design.
Experience using analytics, desk research and performance data to shape design decisions.
Experience designing landing pages or digital experiences that support SEO, PPC or conversion performance.
Confident presenting design options, explaining recommendations and taking feedback from stakeholders.
Experience working closely with developers and handing over clear design specifications.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
