Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Central London. They specialise in representing nationally recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns in residential environments.
Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for Field Sales Representatives, offering a long-term opportunity to develop valuable communication, customer service and sales skills within a supportive customer-facing environment.
Who Fits the Team?
- Availability: Full-Time Equivalent Availability (Monday to Friday).
- Commutable: You are based in or near London and can travel to their central hub daily.
- Growth Mindset: You don’t need a sales background, but you do need a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- People Person: You enjoy speaking with people and socialising.
- Backgrounds: Experience in hospitality (waiting/front of house/bar staff), retail, sales or customer service is a plus, but full client training is provided for everyone.

Core Role Functions:
- You will be invited to attend morning briefings at the London co-working space for upskilling sessions and personal goal setting.
- Represent brands through residentialcampaigns within the London area
- Engage face-to-face with customers to explain services and assist with sign-ups
- Work towards daily targets and track performance on digital tablets.
- Return to the co working space to complete sales admin and review results

Please note:
Successful applicants will join the client on a subcontracted basis and will be responsible for managing their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings are derived from a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), commission and performance incentives. This is a long-term, Full-Time Equivalent opportunity requiring availability Monday-Friday.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
