Job Summary
in this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operational aspects of local units, encompassing the full scope of Operations, including project management and control, project engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning and fulfilment, or a part of that.
Each day, you will be responsible for developing business action plans for the units, aligned with business area/division/product group strategy and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring strict adherence within operation with respect to policies and required health, safety, and integrity standards.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: Hybrid from our Coleshill site
Monitoring plan implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action.- Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources
- Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
- Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.
Qualifications for the Role
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Engineering or related field.- Proven (5+ yrs.) experience in (service or manufacturing) operations management.
- Strong leadership and people skills with experience in building and developing teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong commercial understanding.
- Experience in operational excellence, quality management, and process improvement.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Full UK Driving licence
