We are a small independent family owned & operated cafe on Richmond Hill :)
We are on the lookout for a reliable, bubbly, friendly & experienced individual who can help elevate our team. You will be hired as a barista and all rounder, as we are a small venue. (Everyone does a little bit of everything :) )

At Long Black Richmond, we serve specialty coffee, fresh food, and good vibes. We’re a small, independent café with a strong focus on community and consistency many of our customers are regulars, and we love making everyone feel welcome. As a family run business, we care about what we do and the people we work with.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing espresso-based and alternative drinks to a high standard
- Providing warm, attentive customer service
- Handling payments at the till
- Assisting with dishes, serving, and general café duties
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Working closely with the team and supporting daily tasks
- Assisting in the kitchen (toasting sandwiches etc.)
