We are looking for a talented, motivated, and hands-on Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team at Inverkip Hotel.

What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high-quality, beautifully executed dishes
- Leading sections during service and setting the pace for the team
- Working with fresh, local ingredients and contributing ideas to seasonal menus
- Ensuring kitchen standards are upheld across hygiene, stock, and prep
- Mentoring junior members of the team and fostering a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture
- Taking pride in creating food that reflects our values of warmth, generosity, and excellence
