As the Deputy Manager, you will report to the Registered Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Senior Carers and Care Assistants, who are trained to support service users with complex needs.
- NVQ level 3 or 4
- Willingness to continue with professional development
- Previous experience of working within a residential setting
- Experience of leading and motivating a team
