Build a career in Commercial Partnerships, working with some of the UK's best-known brands and helping shape the everyday ways millions of people collect Avios, our loyalty currency.
Our Partnerships team is responsible for helping our existing partners grow and succeed. Once a new partnership has been established, we work closely with our partners to maximise its long-term success. Identifying new commercial opportunities, improving performance and creating more ways for customers to collect Avios through everyday spending, travel and lifestyle experiences.
As a Commercial Partnerships Executive, you'll support the team responsible for managing and growing these relationships. You'll work with partners such as Nectar, LeShuttle, BP and Pizza Express, helping to deliver initiatives, using data analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities that create value for our members, our partners and our business.
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to own a portfolio of smaller partner relationships, becoming their day-to-day contact and taking responsibility for helping those partnerships grow. Alongside this, you'll support experienced Partnership Managers who lead some of our largest and most strategic partnerships, giving you exposure to complex commercial relationships while learning from experts in the field.
You'll learn how successful commercial partnerships are built over time, balancing multiple partner priorities, understanding what drives performance and deciding where your time will have the greatest commercial impact. With the support of experienced colleagues, you'll develop the commercial judgement, relationship management skills and partnership expertise to build a successful long-term career in partnerships.

We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.
Work with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Operations to coordinate activity, remove blockers and keep initiatives moving.
Previous partnerships experience isn't essential. What's important is that you've developed the right behaviours in a commercial environment and are excited to apply them in partnerships.
You may have gained this experience in roles such as account management, customer success, project management, commercial analysis or another commercial environment. Using data analysis to solve commercial problems.
