Our client, a prominent automotive accident repair group in the UK, is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their busy centre in Cheltenham. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced vehicle technicians to specialise further in vehicle body repair and strip fitting within a reputable and technologically advanced environment.

Duties:
- Safely dismantling and reassembling vehicles following manufacturer specifications
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and executing necessary repairs
- Using the latest technology and equipment to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborating with team members to facilitate smooth and efficient repairs
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment aligned with health and safety standards
- Prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Supporting colleagues through multitasking during busy periods
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in automotive MET or vehicle body repair, or working towards an IMI qualification; applications from MET Technicians with substantial hands-on experience will also be considered
- Proven track record in vehicle body repair or strip fitting; or experienced vehicle technicians seeking to specialise further
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of quality standards and manufacturer procedures
- Good organisational skills with the initiative to work independently and within a team
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
