We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club.
Born in Paris and inspired by the sunny, generous soul of Italy, Bambini is a lively trattoria known for its colourful dishes, shared feasts and playful spirit.
We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead the ongoing success of our London home. You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, building and developing a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence in a festive, design-forward space where every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

What you'll do...

Lead the overall operation of Il Bambini Club, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Inspire, coach and develop your management and restaurant teams, creating a culture where people thrive, grow and love coming to work.

Drive commercial performance through strong financial management, labour planning, cost control and delivering against revenue and profitability targets.

Lead from the floor, setting the pace and role-modelling warm, genuine hospitality while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Work closely with the Head Chef and bar leadership team to ensure seamless collaboration and consistently outstanding food and beverage experiences.

Recruit, develop and retain a talented team, creating clear succession plans and opportunities for progression.

Use operational reporting and business insights to identify opportunities, improve performance and continuously raise standards.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and licensing requirements while maintaining an organised, welcoming environment.

Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to create loyal advocates.

What we're looking for...

Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or General Manager within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant.

A proven leader with experience building, inspiring and developing high-performing management and restaurant teams.

Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, KPIs and overall business performance.
