Rolfe East - a top performing estate agency in Sherborne - are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is front-of-house and vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess excellent computer skills, strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing office tasks efficiently. Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain marketing and filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks and digital diary management accurately using Alto estate agency software
- Assist with scheduling appointments, viewings, valuations and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, meetings, reports and other documentation as required
- Support daily and weekly sales meetings
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and ordering office supplies
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow
Requirements
- Ideally proven office experience with an understanding of administrative procedures
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and organise the daily diary
- Typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Good phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media marketing is desirable
