Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organised individual who can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve working at weekends.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with team members to optimise workflow.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
- Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, including managing emails and financial records.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Skills
- Proficient in office management and administrative procedures.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Excel and Outlook is highly desirable.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while using computerised systems for data management.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work output.
