Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barrista and Bar Server to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using excellent time management skills
- Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change and totals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barrista or bar server in a restaurant or café setting
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Good communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
