Relief Delivery Driver (Zero Hours Contract)

We are looking for Relief Delivery Drivers to join our team, providing essential cover across our community pharmacy branches. This is a zero hours contract, making it ideal for someone who is flexible and able to work across different locations as required.
Shifts are available to cover annual leave, sickness and busy periods, and may occasionally be offered at short notice.
The Role
As a Relief Delivery Driver, you will:
- Deliver prescriptions safely and efficiently to patients' homes.
- Provide outstanding customer service with every delivery.
- Use our electronic delivery system to record deliveries and collect signatures where required.
- Handle confidential patient information professionally.
- Work closely with pharmacy teams to ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
About You
You'll need:
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- Good IT skills and confidence using smartphones and mobile apps.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A reliable, flexible and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- A caring attitude and a commitment to providing an excellent service to our patients.
Previous delivery driving experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
