Job Overview
We want this role to work for the new cleaner and Kotel. We are open to discussing a number of hours that the cleaner requires, this can be for a number of reasons, some want security, some need it to work around family commitments and we understand that.
Duties
- Clean and prepare rooms ready for the guests arrival after 3pm.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as necessary.
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
