As Assistant Manager at the Rubbing House, you will be expected to bring your experience to ensure that all of our guests receive the best possible dining experience. Your main responsibilities will be to Assist the Owner and Managers to provide excellent service to our guests whist maintaining high Food Hygiene, training and Health and Safety levels, and assist in the day to day running of the business. Previous experience is necessary in this very busy, popular venue.
Responsibilities include:
Generating sales and delivering profit targets
Strong knowledge of budgeting and GP levels
Excellent understanding of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations
Staff recruitment, training and retention
Management and motivating the team
