Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Stockroom Assistant to join our Bicester Store on a full-time permanent contract. You will need to be reliable and hardworking and have a passion for delivering high expectations both operationally and commercially. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent results. You will act as a brand ambassador and will be responsible for representing the Barbour brand in a positive and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing deliveries and transfers

Organising stock in the back of house

Maintaining stockroom standards

Replenishment of the shopfloor

Supporting stockroom manager in day-to-day tasks

Customer service required dependant on business needs
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in working in a retail stockroom

Works with pace and efficiency

Delivers good service when the role requires shopfloor presence
