As a busy supplier of janitorial and catering products, we are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our sales processes.
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and order processing. You will play an important part in keeping operations organised and ensuring customers receive a reliable and efficient service.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes and maintaining customer records
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Assisting with general office and sales support duties
We are looking for a proactive and reliable team player who is:
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of business priorities
- Numerate and comfortable working with figures
- Articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with confidence using standard office systems
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay:
The salary is dependent on age and experience.
