Radcliffe Construction is a well-established, family-run construction company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to work directly alongside our Project Director, supporting the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team where you’ll be given real responsibility, gain invaluable experience and have genuine opportunities to progress into Project Management.
The Role
You’ll support the Project Director by:
* Coordinating live construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
* Managing project documentation, programmes and information flow.
* Liaising with Site Managers, suppliers, consultants and subcontractors.
* Monitoring procurement schedules and material deliveries.
* Coordinating health and safety documentation, RAMS and quality records.
* Helping ensure projects remain organised, on programme and delivered to a high standard.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Has strong communication and organisational skills.
* Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Is proactive and able to use their own initiative.
* Has good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Has construction industry experience (preferred).
* Holds a full UK driving licence.
