Overview
Relief Guards Solutions is seeking vigilant and dependable security personnel to join our team. This role involves providing surveillance and loss prevention services across various sites, ensuring safety and security at all times. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular surveillance patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorised access or activities
- Operate CCTV systems effectively to observe and record security footage
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms or suspicious behaviour
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations during shifts
- Enforce site policies and procedures to uphold safety standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding security concerns or incidents
Experience
- Prior experience in security, surveillance, or loss prevention is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques preferred
- Basic first aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training can be offered to suitable candidates
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond calmly under pressure
- Responsible attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe environment
