Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Plumber and play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining Air Source Heat Pumps, radiators and heating systems to commercial properties across West Yorkshire. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on plumbing and pipefitting tasks for the upcoming renewable technology, air source heat pumps. You will utilize your mechanical expertise, hand tools, power tools, and welding skills to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Duties
- Install radiators and associated pipework.
- Install air source heat pumps and associated valves (training can be given).
- Repair, and maintain piping systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams to execute precise pipe layouts.
- Conduct assembly of pipe components, fittings, valves, and fixtures with attention to detail.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building regulations, and quality requirements through thorough inspections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing experience (ideally installing radiators or other heating systems).
- Proficiency with welding techniques and the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge of piping systems, fixtures, valves, and related components.
- Your own transport and tools.
