Duties
- Welcome and assist guests arriving during night hours, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Handle guest enquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular checks throughout the premises to ensure safety
- Manage late-night reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas such as reception, corridors, and lobby
- Assist with administrative tasks including logging incidents or maintenance issues during shift
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or property concerns
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with international guests
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent guest service skills are essential
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles will support success in this position
- Knowledge of hotel operations and security procedures is beneficial but not mandatory
