The Head of Risk & Governance is responsible for establishing and leading an effective risk management and governance framework across Post Office Insurance (POI). This includes Enterprise Risk Management, Controls Oversight, Product Governance, Compliance Approvals, GRC tooling, and Policy Governance. The role ensures that POI meets regulatory expectations, embeds sound risk culture, and delivers good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty.
The Head of Risk & Governance is required to proactively participate in the development and delivery of functional strategy and commercial objectives, always modelling appropriate leadership behaviours and demonstrating a customer first mindset.
