Junior Hair Stylist & Salon Assistant
A motivated and enthusiastic Junior Hair Stylist responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy salon while delivering excellent customer service. Assists senior stylists with a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing, while developing professional hairdressing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include answering telephone enquiries, booking appointments, welcoming clients, and managing front desk duties to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Creates engaging social media content, including posts and stories, responds to client enquiries online, and helps grow the salon's online presence through customer engagement, competitions, and promotional campaigns.
Maintains a clean, organised, and professional salon environment, prepares workstations and equipment, supports stock management, and assists with retail product promotion and sales. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, organisational skills, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry while continuously learning and contributing to the salon's success.
