We are looking for an experienced *Multi-Trade Operative* who can confidently carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
✅ Carpentry
✅ Basic Plumbing
✅ Painting & Decorating
✅ Tiling
✅ Patch Plastering
✅ General Building Repairs
✅ Reactive Maintenance & PPM Works
*Requirements:*
Proven multi-trade experience
Full UK driving license
Own tools preferred
Professional appearance and good customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
