The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Charlton. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and being a key part of a small, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders over the phone
- Inputting telephone and email orders into the company system
- Filing and organising paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records
- General office organisation and maintenance
- Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills and comfortable using order processing systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous administrative experience preferred (but not essential)
