Overview
We are a growing restaurant group in the process of reopening Galaxy Social Club (Chinese restaurant and karaoke) in the City of London and launching Jeju (Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant) near Elephant & Castle - both during August/September 2026. We are committed to delivering exceptional food, service, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a creative, organised, and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and take ownership of our marketing activities while supporting our guest communications and reservations.
Responsibilities
As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across both restaurant locations.
- Complete control of reservations and guest communications, managing and overseeing all booking requests across both sites.
- Handling all reservation enquiries received by telephone, email, social media, and online booking platforms.
- Responding promptly and professionally to all customer communications.
- Coordinating large group bookings, private dining enquiries, and special event reservations.
- Liaising with restaurant management to ensure accurate booking allocation and exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin - both spoken and written is a must.
- Previous experience in a marketing, hospitality, or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and modern marketing platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to support content creation, campaign planning, and workflow efficiency is an advantage.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
