THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome, and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and a 98,000-square-foot, ever-developing manufacturing site.
We are now searching for positive and pro-active Warehouse Operators to join our fast-paced Warehouse Team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Shift Rotation)
Salary: £30,711 per year
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Operator supports all stock delivery processes, including receipt, picking and despatch, as well as specialist tasks such as returns and sample requests.
Core Responsibilities
- Load/unload goods safely using a forklift (if authorised) and sign off deliveries.
- Pick, check and prepare stock for filling, packing, customers or commercial teams.
- Record and manage stock movements using computer or handheld devices.
- Use the Sage warehouse system and intranet reports effectively.
- Carry out stock checks, investigate discrepancies and support disposals.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as required.
