Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £30,000 Year 1 | £40,000+ Year 2

Key Responsibilities
- Contacting new and existing customers via phone and email
- Making high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Qualifying leads and identifying larger opportunities for the Business Development team
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Supporting the sales team with administration and lead generation activities
- Processing customer orders and responding to enquiries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Resilient and positive attitude towards cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Previous sales experience preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
